The Spoken Poem

In the rhythms of the waves we find our souls dance. A movement so ancient, a timeless trance. Nature's embrace, a sacred space. Where the earth meets the sea, we find our grace. Each step a whisper, its way outside, Connecting to the earth under an open sky. The ocean's song, a melody so pure, in every wave, a chance to endure. Through movement we release what binds, in nature's arms, a peace that reminds that we are one with the wind. Here, the fog lifts. Revealing the light, a dance with the elements, day into night. In each motion a story untold of healing, of hope, of courage bold. Feel the sun. The salt, the sea's gentle kiss, in the dance of life find your bliss. Nature and movement, a harmonious blend, a journey within, where our spirits mend. Join us, let your spirit soar. In the ocean's dance, find so much more. For in this sacred space we heal and grow, together in nature our true selves we know.

From the collection

Ocean Dance, Waves of Intuitive Wisdom is a bilingual collection of twenty-one poems. It shares its name with the practice because it comes from the same place.

Ancient Flow

No steps, no rules, only ancient flow.

Lungs bloom like tides.

The ocean hums our inner drum, its pulse becoming one with spine.

Here, where nature writes the song, we dance unheld both fierce and long.

The brain's edges soften, new pathways glow, we feel through feet what thoughts cannot know...

Lost & Found

Being disconnected from my body takes me to places where I am not.

Anymore. Where was I? Where are you? A wave full of breath, that is bringing me here, again and again.

And I choose this sacred body...

Door To Freedom

What if the walls we feel are merely lines drawn in sand.

Fleeting, shifting, ready to vanish, If only we dare let go? What if the stories we wear are borrowed, old, and worn thin. Heavy cloaks of judgment and fear, when beneath, our skin glows free.

What if silence was not empty, but the birthplace of a roar, a melody of radical truth...

Sound Journeys

SPRING · SPRING EQUINOX

Armonía

In dance, we move through different rhythms, just like in life. And the more we learn to listen and surrender to the rhythms life offers us, not the ones we think should be there, the more we begin to find harmony.
