In dance, we move through different rhythms, just like in life.
Life itself offers us a spectrum of rhythms: vibrant and soft, fast and slow, luminous and dark.
And the more we learn to listen and surrender to the rhythms life offers us, not the ones we think should be there, the more we begin to find harmony.

A Dance for Humanity. We weave energies around connection, authenticity, true nature, celebration, playfulness, bodyfulness, compassion, and loving awareness.
Trust the work, trust the Magic of the Mystery. Open up to receive the ripple effects from practicing this work on the beach and start applying it in your daily life, and trust me, your reality begins to change.
Practice being present in each step, breathing, and dancing would give us the space and time to change our internal narrative.

That's what we are doing each practice on the beach, cultivating the temple within.
Homebody, Earth Body. The value of our presence in this lifetime.
A dancefloor in nature that holds us while we practice bringing our gifts to the world, beginning by being aware of our authentic expression. Are we living life from our most significant expression? That's one of the best gifts we can give to the world.

Nature teaches us about reciprocity, and we can feel that on each breath. We give and receive, and this new season, SPRING, brought us back to balance between the dark and the light.

THANK YOU for being part of this experience of finding that sweet spot between energies.

I will never forget the feeling of each of us being in our authentic rhythm while being part of a more significant song, holding hands in front of the magical sunset at Ocean Beach, with dogs playing all around us, the presence of a new creative baby, Cora, the piece of a rainbow in the sky, the birds, the mountains, the air, the surfers, the salty waters beneath our feet.
